Disappointing and Unacceptable for a Security Company

Bitdefender’s web portal is a complete disappointment. Alerts don’t work and the Central app doesn’t even display identity protection status. The web app also fails when Bitdefender’s own VPN is enabled. How can a security company develop a portal that doesn’t work with its own VPN? To make matters worse the portal doesn’t work properly with privacy focused browsers, and they expect you to use Chrome/edge instead. This is absolutely ridiculous for a company selling security and privacy products. These are basic features that should work seamlessly. For a company that claims to protect your digital life, this experience seriously undermines confidence in its products. I have never been able to open and see any identity related alerts on a mobile browser.
