★★★★★ 😆 I LOVE this game!— I love the sizable, varied and multi-themed array of and over crowded lobbies are intimidating, time-consuming, take away from the fun, and give me anxiety and headaches🤦🏼♀️…Thank goodness…
★★★★★ I like all the game choices, my only complaint is when exiting a game you have to start at the beginning of the carousel and scroll through all the games again to go to the last game you played. Please fix it so when…

Very little chance of winning. The bet is so high in any side games, they can’t be played. If by a miracle you can play the side games the winnings are awful. The magic spins are a joke, they have the least paying/worst paying slots, the winnings are basically nothing. This app is not worth your time. Games glitch or never stop spinning. It is awful, very disappointing.
I have been playing this game for over three years and today the game reset and I lost all of my progress and and back to level 1. All my hard work has been stripped away from me and I have to start over from scratch. So unfair.
I've been playing this game for the past 10 years 3 different devices. Past 4 years on my iPhone and I was on level 714 & a glitch started me back to level 1😡😡😡😡. I called Zynga and they said you have to email tech dept. Tech dept. don't have a phone number. I spent TOO MUCH MONEY OVER THE YEARS. I HAVE TO MOVE ON 😡😡😡😡😡
Good afternoon I used to be a player that had all my games unlocked. There was a glitch in the game. I lost money and no one ever replaced it. This is horrible.
Works and downloads slow as molasses . Don’t waste your time
Don’t give them a dime. worst customer support, worst payouts, and malfunctioning 2x and 3x XP. It isn’t enough to point out missing rewards and where it is happening, the burden of proof is on the customer. They have the nerve to ask for a video of the problem as if you can do that while you’re playing their games. Lazy idiots.
