I also agree with Njierful and hello friend plus they are now not giving credit for Daily Missions

As Njierful and hello friend said, once your total gets over a billion, suddenly, the bet automatically increases without letting me know. Also, I notice the payouts get lower and lower, the more you play and win. I used to be able to get a Big Win whenever I got 5 of a kind, no more. Now I am lucky to win my bet back when I get 2 three of a kind or even a four of a kind. I find I am playing this game less because of the flawed reward system, even though they keep adding new tournaments, I am not enticed. Most recently, you have stopped giving credit on Daily Missions. You are also using your bots to respond to my concerns in your customer support. You don’t even read the chat before replying with a canned response. I know you need to make money but I would have thought the money you are getting from all the ads would be sufficient. I also will continue to play as long as my coins last but will not play after. My coins will probably last awhile because I am not playing as often. There are so many other games out there, I find myself spending more time on them.

I’m crawling up the levels at a snails pace. I mean years. I can speed this along by spending money. The higher levels allow games that are now locked. When will my levels be increased? I’m serious when I say years. In order to collect your every two hour bonuses you have to muddle your way through saying no you don’t want to spend money several times. It is so annoying. Stop asking if we want to spend money. The games are fun and the graphics are good. I also really don’t like your opening screen, obviously that’s a personal preference. I’m thinking of deleting. Also have finally earned coins to accidentally hitting max bet which is oddly very close to spin button. Also, why do you need my Facebook info?? I am now getting penalized on daily bonus. I’m finding myself getting frustrated.
