WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Login and account problems19%

21 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It said my account is blocked but why?
★★★★★ It's fair to get banned for violating community rules or cheating, hacking and so on, but here's what's not fair: #1 You don't get notified by any means that your account has been banned, so you can't know the reason…
★★★★★ Not only are you allowed to set a status as “single” or “partnered” on this app, you have to register your account with a gender?
Wrong or poor results13%

15 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Sliding the visible portion of the keyboard to center the needed keys for the song helps, but isn't easy to do, and resets to the wrong section of the keyboard again each time you start the song again.
★★★★★ I didn't do anything wrong or illegal.
★★★★★ I think what got me banned was an exchange with an Indian guy that said “Is that you in the profile picture?” “Yes” I replied, “This can't possibly be you, you are fake, i'm reporting you” he said.
Bugs, things not working7%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Purchased the vip and the ads are still showing. Instruments still show ads and vip. The app doesn't acknowledge the purchase. I have the same paid app on android tablet and didn't have this problem. Restarted the app…
★★★★★ 4# Attempting to delete the account results in an “error” pope up, they're actively withholding your rights for terminating your personal information and payment information.
★★★★★ Saying my account is blocked when I didn't do anything all I did was play and trying to learn piano songs now I can't log in and thought it was a glitch so I deleted the app and downloaded again but it's not apparently…
Too many ads4%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Purchased the vip and the ads are still showing.
★★★★★ #2 You lose access to the VIP status that you paid for, you can't use the vip-instruments in the offline mode anymore + you get ads.
★★★★★ The ads became lately too much invasive and I find myself constantly staring advertising most of the time instead of playing piano.
Lost data, sync, backup4%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ #2 You lose access to the VIP status that you paid for, you can't use the vip-instruments in the offline mode anymore + you get ads.
★★★★★ Saying my account is blocked when I didn't do anything all I did was play and trying to learn piano songs now I can't log in and thought it was a glitch so I deleted the app and downloaded again but it's not apparently…
★★★★★ i downloaded this app then deleted it after a horrifying message i received from it.
Price and subscription3%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ This app could be so much more yet this company/developer refuses and would rather scam its users to make more money, what a shame.
★★★★★ See I just wanted to do a vs piano trial but it blocked me bc fake signers wanted to go in
Slow, laggy, battery3%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ But imagine my surprise when I learned that it used more battery life than any other app I have- just running in the background!!
★★★★★ This is the worst game in the keys are way too small the play is dumb doesn't do anything it lags a lot and yeah I just don't recommend this game is worse than the piano
★★★★★ I gave it one star because the app stopped working after a day it would lag on the learn section so I can only use the key board it really sad it has really good songs and easy ways to learn please fix the lags also…
Missing features2%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ 3# You can't change your profile picture and username anymore.
★★★★★ Only reason why I don't particularly like the iOS version of this app is because the android version has all the keys labeled and color coded to make reading the music sheet much easier, otherwise the app is fine

Best piano game ever

I really like this game because I can play if I am with you for Jjk:3

★★★★★Oct 21, 2026
Really nice app

I only use this to store musical ideas and primarily to check pitches for music dictation. I can only review what I use. It’s great to have a whole keyboard at your disposal in a small space. I have discovered that the higher octaves do not accurately match the lower ones. This is annoying when relative pitches in your head meet with even slight variances. It causes me to think Imade errors when I did not. ….so stops the flow. If this could be fixed it would be super!
