Where are the diamonds I bought.

Playing this game in 2026 for nostalgia and I had personally got so invested I wanted to purchase diamonds. I was able to process the payment for the diamonds but the diamonds were never redeemed into my account. I would try to exit and re-enter the game but it it kept me at the same amount I had started with. Please fix! Would love to keep playing your game but this a is a downer.
