Changes needed

I’ve been playing this game on and off for 9 years. I play a couple of years then I stop for a long time and get back in. The reason why I stop is because it never changes. It gets boring. The game is exactly the same in 11 years since it started. They had one major change with Marby and another to expand land, but that’s it. No changes. No new side games. No correction to unfair rules in the event. I’ve sent many suggestions to make the game more enjoyable and keep players from leaving but nothing changes! Year after year it’s the same game. It’s as if the developers don’t develop the game to keep it fresh. The themes are cute. Decorations are nice. But finding old decorations is a nightmare. Especially at higher levels. There are so many things that can be improved but they don’t do anything. I really wish this game could get some attention.

Trees and shrubs

Take too much space. Get rid of them. Used trees can’t get rid of them. Have way to buy saws. And change the picture of it, tired of looking at same one!

Communication Not Effective

I like playing the game, but customer service is low quality. For previous games, I was sent the wrong trophy multiple times and when I contacted customer service, no one gets the issue I am mentioning.
