日本人の使用はお勧めしない

おすすめしません。私はレボリュートを選んだせいで海外でキャッシュをおろせませんでした。海外Atmで現金を引き出すには、レボリュート側のマイナンバーカードの提出と審査がありますが、これに1ヶ月以上かかるため、即座には使えません。2ヶ月以上前から準備しないといけないくらいなら、普通のクレカで良いと思います。現地でも使えないリスクもあると思うとわざわざ作る必要ないかと。Wiseの方が良いです。

お金取られた

メタルプランに入ってから一度アプリを閉じると時間をおいてくださいとでて使えなくなりました。 問い合わせようにもログインしていないとサポートは使えないしメールから問い合わせるとブロックされたとGoogleメールから通知がきました。 数万ほど使えなくなり大損です。詐欺です。

リアルカードが届かないのに月額料金は発生。サポート対応にも不安

リアルカードを9月29日に申請しましたが、約3週間経っても発行・発送が進まず、10月14日に再申請することになりました。 サポートに問い合わせたところ、初回のカードは印刷後に発送処理へ進まないまま停止していたとのこと。しかし、停止した正確な原因は把握できていないという説明でした。 印刷と発行がポーランドで行い、DHLか佐川急便で届けるようです。 再申請したカードの配送予定日は10月21日〜23日と案内されていますが、今回も発送ステータスは何一つ改善されることなく発送されていない現状です。 さらに納得できないのが料金の問題です。リアルカードの発行を目的に月額1,980円のMetalプランに加入しましたが、カードが届いていない状態でも料金は発生し続けています。 サポートからは、月額料金はカード発行そのものではなくプラン全体の利用料であり、再発行も無料なので、カード未着を理由とした既払い料金の返金は担当者の判断では承諾できないと説明されました。 しかし、カード発行を目的に有料プランへ加入した利用者としては、カードが届かず、未発送の原因も明確になっていない状況で、料金だけが請求され続けることには疑問を感じます。 返金については判断できる部署への引き継ぎを依頼しましたが、現時点では返金も請求停止も確約されていません。 また引き継ぎされた部署から連絡すらきていません。 基本的にAIチャットによる回答なので機械的でこちらの意図を汲み取ることはできません。 これから利用を検討している方は、リアルカードの発行・配送に問題が発生する可能性や、カードが届かない場合でも有料プランの料金が発生する点を十分に確認したうえで、契約することをおすすめします。 特に日本でこの手のサービスを行うのであれば、信用ということでは壊滅的です。 今後、カードが届くのか、返金について適切な対応がなされるのか、引き続き確認していきます。

本人認証でどうしても進まない

本当にアカウト作らせるつもりでアプリつくてるの？アプリの中の認証ページはずっと通信中で、そのページSafariで開いたらすぐできるようになるけど、アプリに戻ったらまた同じことやらされる。ウェブパージから認証しょうと思ったら、アプリからの認証がまた必要？？アプリ入れないけど！まじ今年一使いづらいアプリでした！1星！
