★★★★★ All gone in the blink of an eye.
★★★★★ I bought a blood pressure cuff so I could record my blood pressure and sync it to Apple Health, but nowhere did it say that it was going to require a subscription to be able to do that.
★★★★★ Syncing has not worked with Apple data.

★★★★★ Not paying for a subscription that costs more than the blood pressure monitor to share data with my health app.

★★★★★ It does but requires a paid subscription.

★★★★★ It was a good app until the latest update erased at least three years of data!
★★★★★ It worked the first day and now it won't sync. I need it for my husband's doctor to review and the dang thing doesn't even record the data. Waste of money for the premium.
★★★★★ While it did at first, the company updated the app to force a paid subscription to sync with Apple Health.

★★★★★ The app works well for keeping basic logs, but the newer estimated A1c function is completely broken for users who log manually.
★★★★★ The app does not work with Apple's voice over capabilities.
★★★★★ Thanks for the epic fail, leaving me thinking for weeks it has been recording.

★★★★★ It a shame you have to pay to send a pdf file you shouldn't have to pay for that it does not enter info from the other health application on your phone
★★★★★ This was one of the primary reasons I purchased the BPM and iProven support says, “iProven partnered with MedM Health so that our customers won't have to pay if they would like to connect it to either Apple Health or…
★★★★★ But you have to pay for basic functionality like syncing your data to Apple Health.

★★★★★ It is highly frustrating and demotivating to work hard to manage my health only to look at an inaccurate, unhelpful dashboard estimation that I cannot turn off or hide.
★★★★★ The app will not connect to the device even though Bluetooth is on.
★★★★★ That renders my monitor virtually useless and this app as well.

★★★★★ The app is nonresponsive or downright infuriatingly slow.
★★★★★ Lag times approach 10 seconds after clicking a reading.
★★★★★ It's difficult to select which data to sync and is painfully slow.

★★★★★ Great apps easy to used and understand
★★★★★ The interface is clean and intuitive, data entry is straightforward, and the Bluetooth pairing with my QARDIO device was seamless — something QARDIO's own app could no longer manage.
★★★★★ The app is so very comprehensive and easy to use, that I wouldn't want anything else.

★★★★★ Zero help from Q's customer support either.
★★★★★ Can this app support the XS pro or only the X pro?
★★★★★ The responses to support are sporadic at best.

★★★★★ This is a very good app for keeping track of your vital signs between doctor visits. I'm so happy that I can use it with my Quardio devices. I also like that I can print my history for my doctor appointments.
★★★★★ The app is so helpful ~ the data automatically exports to the app.

Great apps easy to used and understand
I have used this app for a few years now and it just keeps getting better and better! All of my diabetes info in one place and all of my Bluetooth devices (glucose monitor, BP monitor, scale, oxygen/pulse) are linked. My vitals are added and tracked and I can forward this info to my doctor. I recommend this app to everyone and it is the only one I will ever use 😊
There is nothing here to change your weight scale to athletic build to properly reflect BMI
The app works well for keeping basic logs, but the newer estimated A1c function is completely broken for users who log manually. Because I do finger sticks rather than using a continuous monitor (CGM), the app only sees my high post-meal or fasting data spikes. It doesn't account for the 20+ hours of the day when my blood sugar sits at a normal baseline. As a result, the app’s formula calculates a falsely inflated, incredibly high A1c that sharply contradicts my actual doctor's laboratory blood work. It is highly frustrating and demotivating to work hard to manage my health only to look at an inaccurate, unhelpful dashboard estimation that I cannot turn off or hide. Please provide a settings toggle to disable or remove the Estimated A1c widget entirely for those of us who do manual testing. Until then, the math is just discouraging noise.
I like that I have somewhere I can reference my BP history. Initially it was working really well but this last week the results from my device aren’t syncing consistently. I am hoping I find some info on how to get previous results to sync.
