This app is an excellent idea with very poor implementation with regard to its uploading process. There are 3 major problems: 1) Uploading photos often fails. The app blames the failure on “unstable internet connection” but it has occurred for me in many different environments (including areas with rock solid internet) on several different devices (iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pro). 2) Compounding the frustration, when the uploading error occurs, the captioning is lost. The post just disappears and has to be recreated. 3) The third problem is that the app reorders the order of uploaded photos and captions. So a storyline cannot be maintained. The workaround is to post photos one at a time - thus annoying unnecessarily those who are on the distribution and have notices enabled.

I have to say I’m traveling where internet isn’t great but isn’t that the point of this app; to be able to share your trip as it’s happening. What I’ve noticed is the upload is inconsistent. Sometimes works and sometimes it’s just plain broken and I have to start over. The frustrating thing is that if I have to start one over then the whole set has to start over. Which is crazy because they don’t show to the end user as a set. I have to rewrite all my messages and everything. It’s really frustrating.

It seems the app wasn't really tested and debugged. So many little things that keep failing. Often we get errors even trying to update 1 picture. Alerts are buggy and lots of other errors and failures.

I have created and bought numerous books from this AP with high satisfaction. I am trying to create the 5th book from a trip and the photo selection has ceased to scroll for me to add pages on the 5.5” glued soft back book requested. I need the program specialists to resolve this issue. I have spent some 5 days trying to get help from cluster support without a solution to the problem. I would appreciate a resolution to this problem.
