I opened the app today and everything is gone!! I love this game, and had built my fleet over past one month to about 120 planes. I had even bought a paid package, tonight when I opened the app, everything was gone, and it started with set up screen again, with no option to bypass. Also couldnt find support to contact

Amazing game very high end realism (Though I wished there were 3D models and more interaction with the planes themselves) Love the game.But I’ll get to the main point It’s incredibly expensive at Pay to win at some Points the game is a little bit too complex and auto maintenance to an extent (Every few week (In game time) We should be allowed to have auto maintenance for free. Plus it’s very expensive compared to profits. And in game items are very (incredibly overpriced) I also say that **The game needs some Ground all Aircraft I used to play on my Og acc and when I came back I’m 10 Bill in debt and had like 500 planes I’m not grounding all of the !** Please fix this or the rating will never reach 5 stars from any sane person
This game is super fun, don’t get me wrong, and when I’m deep in the addiction, it’s easy to pop in a few times a day to do maintenance and stuff, but the one day you skip, you’re $500,000,000 in debt and you just give up on the save. Not to mention that the premium subscription has additions that should just be part of the base game.
After closing the app the game deleted my save and I had to start over. It asked me to create a new airline then froze half way through. What a waste of time
Let me preface by saying that it is so rare to see a game that isn’t forcing ads down your throat at every opportunity that this game immediately stands out. In the end, I’ve voluntarily watched more ads for boosts than I have seen in other games, and I am thoroughly enjoying myself. The ability to have two accounts at once, and to have such a complex system with such an easy to use UI make the game not only user friendly but easy to play any way you want. I fear I am utterly hooked.
