There’s not costumer service on this service :(

I subscribed for full premium and I asked question if I have option to view all video on my computer, also. I got just robot reply. Where are the human part of costumer service? I might consider to cancel the subscription and full refund is the option remaining if human costumer service doesn’t is not there? 英語対応しかないですが、動画もあるので多少英語が読める&聞ける程度なら問題なく使えると思います。読み物も結構面白かったりしてなかなかいいアプリです。毎日月齢に合ったプログラムがセットされているので遊びのネタに困りません。
