★★★★★ 要繳電信費，每次輸入完有大寫字母的設備帳號，記憶的帳號卻會自動跳成小寫字母讓我沒辦法下次繼續直接繳費，這個bug你們到底什麼時候才要改？ 要就不要區分大小寫不然就不要隨便改別人輸入的大小寫！

但2025/12/8 登入app 後出現一大串不知所謂的網路通訊異常訊息，根本看不懂！
12/9再次登入仍然存在相同問題，還寫著網路未連線！？
明明我手機就有網路訊號，卻一直出現一樣的問題？
我不知道這到底哪裡出問題？負責維運這個app的工程師是不是沒有在檢查系統的bug ？

★★★★★ 北捷正式開放信用卡免解鎖過閘了，而悠遊卡公司只能靠著早晚會出現替代方法的常客優惠跟定期票苟延殘喘，而電子支付方面永遠敬陪末座、只能倒貼，連乘車碼的回饋也能縮水，種種行徑無不展現公司衰敗的一面。
只能說悠遊卡公司這個擺爛且固步自封的阿斗，真的害慘台灣人了，市佔率過半的 iPhone 永遠只能用 Suica、八達通跟 T Money，連個嗶乘車耶等不到，真夠可悲。
★★★★★ 乘車碼太大了，給掃描區域在上方的機器很不好掃。我每次用悠遊付的乘車碼要掃新店客運的機器都要瞄準了半天，但iPass money的乘車碼很快就掃過了。ipass money 的乘車碼大小比較容易掃過。
