★★★★★ Sensor is stuck on an older firmware-won't update.
★★★★★ I not only have 1, but 2 blast sensors. We love them from an analytics and performance standpoint. Although our first sensor will only last about a quarter of the length as our new sensor, 5 months old. Due to having…
★★★★★ Please revert to functionality that worked 1mo ago. Or is your new owner that hostile to customers?

★★★★★ App crashes all the time, contact customer service-no reply, Facebook them-no reply.

★★★★★ They then confirmed that if I were to accept their only resolution—cancelling, getting a refund, and re-subscribing via the website—I would permanently lose all my existing data.

★★★★★ Definitely not worth the money. Bat speed is nice to have, and swing path metrics are kind of neat, but not all that helpful. You would think the sensor you pay for would work without a subscription on top of it, but…
★★★★★ At this rate, I will probably cancel our subscription since it's useless at this point and support is not willing to help.
★★★★★ DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE After owning the blast motion for several years and using it with my son, the latest update makes this device completely useless without paying $50 per year.

★★★★★ They've scaled back the features which made this robust for an individual user that is not part of an organization. No way to export data to a spreadsheet which you could previously do via the website. This allowed for…
★★★★★ I buy a the sensor in 2023 and now I have to pay to track more than 10 swings even after I bought a sensor before swing limit didn't exist.
★★★★★ It has a subscription that is absurd for $74.99 a year which is crazy because we already bought the actually sensor for around a hundred bucks! Terrible product.

Enjoy using the product to keep track of daily progress. Only thing that is a negative is that the sensor will not pick up every swing as it skips at random.
I see ball because of add and it go bomb
Definitely not worth the money. Bat speed is nice to have, and swing path metrics are kind of neat, but not all that helpful. You would think the sensor you pay for would work without a subscription on top of it, but of course it doesn’t.
Is a very great app that helps baseball players. It helps with your swing and to get your swing better. It also has drills that help you on it. It is a very great app for baseball kids that are trying to fix their swing.
