Noodle: Screen Time Control

No release notes.

Less scrolling. More living. A healthier little brain. Meet Noodle, your screen time companion, app blocker and focus timer. Noodle gets healthier when you put your phone down, making every focused minute feel like progress. Answer a few honest questions to see what your phone habits cost you. Then start taking that time back. BLOCK DISTRACTING APPS Create block lists with Apple’s Screen Time picker. Turn a list on to put distracting apps behind a gentle Noodle screen. Give yourself space to study, work or enjoy time away from your phone. BUILD FOCUS. HEAL NOODLE. Choose a 15, 25 or 45 minute focus session. Every focused minute heals Noodle. With Noodle Pro, your block lists stay locked while you focus. UNDERSTAND YOUR SCREEN TIME See today’s screen time, phone pickups and top apps right on the home screen. Make your habits visible so you can decide what to change. YOUR HABITS STAY PRIVATE No accounts. No servers. No tracking. Apple keeps your Screen Time data on your iPhone. Noodle never sees which apps you use. GO FURTHER WITH NOODLE PRO Get unlimited block lists and focus sessions that block your apps. Spend less time on your phone. Give Noodle, and yourself, a little room to grow. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
