Vigente: Gym Dues & Check-in

No release notes.

How much do your members owe you right now? Vigente tells you in a second. Vigente is the simplest way to run dues and door access for boxing, BJJ, MMA and CrossFit gyms in Latin America. Every member has a clear status: active, due soon or expired. Scan their QR at the door and the screen turns green, amber or red. No more "I'll pay you tomorrow". The app speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, for gyms in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. WHO OWES YOU, IN ORDER • Open the app and see how much is unpaid and who to charge first • Members about to expire show up before they lapse • WhatsApp reminders with your payment details already written, in one tap GET PAID IN TWO TAPS • Cash, bank transfer, card or your payment link • The new due date works itself out • Monthly, biweekly and weekly plans or class packs that count down at every visit MEMBERS TELL YOU WHEN THEY PAY • Paid by transfer? They tap I paid and you get the notice • You confirm with one tap. No screenshots in your chat AT THE DOOR, NO HARDWARE • Scan the QR with your phone or a tablet at the entrance • Green gets in, amber gets a heads up, red pays first • Works offline and syncs when the signal comes back • With an electric lock, the door opens by itself on green FOR YOUR MEMBERS • Their gym pass on their phone: QR, expiry date and every payment • Members who don't want to install anything get their pass over WhatsApp AT THE DESK AND AT HOME • The same account on your iPhone, iPad and the front desk computer • Staff can charge and scan; only you change prices and payout details YOUR MONEY, STRAIGHT TO YOU Vigente never touches your money.
