Window and level is the tool it starts in. Text you add to an image stays exactly where you put it, at every zoom. It used to sit above your finger and drift as you zoomed in. iOS now offers this app for DICOM files. A .dcm in Files, or downloaded in Safari, can be opened straight into the viewer. The plans screen is simpler: one plan, the rest a tap away.

Everything stays on your device. No account. Nothing is uploaded.
