Meet Mochi, a small friend who reminds you to rest your eyes. Every 20 minutes, look about 20 feet away for 20 seconds: the 20-20-20 rule for eye strain, turned into a habit you'll want to keep. Long hours at a screen can leave your eyes tired. As your eye rest reminder, Mochi nudges you at the right moment, tells you where to look, and turns every break into progress you can see. HOW IT WORKS • Choose your hours, days and rhythm, so reminders only arrive while you work • When it's time, hold the button and look far away while Mochi counts down • Every rest fills a piece of today's ring. Close the ring and Mochi brings you a gift MOCHI'S WORLD • Unwrap gifts and collect 26 accessories and 7 colors • Dress Mochi your way and watch it grow, stage by stage • Earn 18 trophies for rests, streaks, on-time breaks and closed rings • Keep your streak going: a shield can cover a missed day, and the days you leave out never count SEE THE CHANGE • Minutes spent looking far, on-time rests and closed rings, by week or month • Note how your eyes feel after a rest and follow it week by week • A streak calendar that shows your consistency ALL DAY, EVERYWHERE • Apple Watch: take a rest from your wrist and see when the next one is due • Home Screen widgets for today's ring, your month and your on-time rests • Pause reminders for 30 minutes, an hour or the rest of the day Your rests and progress stay on your device.
