Tutti Agent

• Home shows who owes you and how much, biggest first. • Customer profile: summary, quotes and how each job is going. • Cancel a quote (or turn it back into a quote) from the app. • Reception: see the photos and files customers send, and send yours. • Whisper mode: talk to your receptionist without the customer seeing it. • New bottom bar; Account is under your initials, top right. • Improvements and fixes.

Tutti is your assistant for quotes, invoices, payments and customers. Talk to it like a colleague and it does the paperwork. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create a quote in a minute: tell Tutti who it is for and what the job is, or pick the customer and the services with a tap. • Send the PDF to the customer over WhatsApp from the app. • Turn an approved quote into an invoice and record the payment. • See at a glance which quotes are drafts, confirmed, invoiced or paid. • Keep your customers at hand: what they owe, their details, their history. • Edit quantities, prices and items of a quote directly, or ask Tutti to make the change. • Voice notes: describe the job while you are on site. • Reminders: "remind me to call Ana tomorrow". WHO IT IS FOR Self-employed tradespeople and small service businesses: renovations, installations, painting, maintenance, distribution… If you write quotes by hand or in a spreadsheet today, Tutti gives you that time back. HOW IT WORKS Sign in with your WhatsApp number.
