ShadowSwing turns your iPhone into a swing trainer for tennis, padel and pickleball. Grip it like a racket or paddle handle, swing, and hear the ball once the racket head is really moving: the same feedback as a mechanical training stick. A loose wrist and a whip get you there without forcing it; a slow, pushed swing stays silent. Pick your sport in Settings: the replay, the head-speed lever and the swing sensitivity all follow it. FREE HITTING Rally mode: no whip, no sound. Groove forehands, backhands, serves, volleys and dinks in your living room, the hotel room or the garage. WORKOUTS Guided drills with a coach voice. It calls the stroke and the count — "Forehands. Twenty. Go." — each swing counts a rep, and the rests are timed. Warm-ups, groundstroke ladders, serve days and cardio minutes for tennis, padel and pickleball. The demo includes one guided workout. SHOT ANALYSIS Play one stroke and watch it replayed in 3D — a swept ribbon colored by racket-head speed, ghost frames along the path, the string face, and the moment of peak speed. Orbit it, slow it down, and see exactly where contact belongs. Every replay is kept on your iPhone: open it again later, rename it or star your favorites. The court matches your sport: full tennis lines, a glass-walled padel court, or a pickleball kitchen line. DAILY GOAL Pick 10, 20, 30 or 40 swings a day, or any number with Pro, and a ring on Home fills as you go. Free Hitting and workout swings both count, and it starts empty every morning. Turn on reminders and get one nudge at the time you choose, only on days your ring is still open. Never more than one a day. STATS Your practice adds up: total swings, sessions, workouts, days practiced and your longest streak, all kept on your iPhone. With Pro, graphs show your swings per day, week or month, your racket-speed trend for each sport, a practice calendar, your stroke mix and time practiced, and you can scroll back through all of it.
