The M8 hardware experience everywhere you go!

My favorite tracker is on iOS now?‽‽ ! It works exactly like the hardware! And it’s able to access all of the mic arrays available on the phone!!! I have owned both versions of the M8 Tracker, and I love how portable it is. But now I can have it with me all the time! And it feels exactly like using the hardware, minus the clicky switches. Thank you for bringing the Dirtywave experience to iOS!

Nice move

M8 iOS is identical to the handheld and is honestly an amazing way to use m8. Other than physical buttons, this version is 1 to 1. And you can get a game controller if you feel the need! There are plenty AUV3 hosts to use with it that extend its abilities into amazing territory! Jump on this! It works great as a MIDI target too! I use it with my hardware sequencers as well as the internal tracker sequencer for great results from proper limits that force creative use.

M8 tracker is an eight-track music tracker, sequencer, and synthesizer from Dirtywave. Create and arrange music using a portable tracker workflow. Sequences are built from phrases and chains, which can be arranged independently across eight tracks with sequencing and modulation at each step. Instruments • Wavsynth - Chip synth inspired wavetable synth • Macrosynth - Macro oscillators of over 40 unique synthesis engines • FMSynth - Four-operator FM synthesis • Hypersynth - Six-note 13 oscillator swarm synth • Sampler - Sample playback and recording • MIDI instruments for controlling internal or external gear • Up to 128 instruments per song Sequencing • Eight independent monophonic tracks • Instrument tables for advanced modulation • Scales, grooves, probability, and comprehensive effect commands • Live performance and song-rendering tools Connectivity • CoreMIDI input and output • External computer keyboards and game controllers • Ableton Link support • AUv3 plugin version • Inter-App Audio (IAA) integration • Launchpad Pro MKIII support M8 supports portrait and landscape orientations on iPhone and iPad.
