Each program is a separate one-time purchase, with a calendar, daily sessions and the original training prescriptions. TRAIN ONE SESSION AT A TIME Open your workout, view sets and reps, record your load and check off completed sets. Swipe between days and watch available exercise demonstrations without leaving your training screen. BUILD YOUR LIBRARY The optional annual library membership includes video demonstrations, drills, warm-ups, core routines, high-bar work and other training circuits. Save favorites so you can find them again. Paid programs are sold separately. YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR TRAINING Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Content purchased on our website is available when you sign in with the same Training OS account. Restore Apple purchases from Profile. Athletes training with a coach can continue to access their assigned sessions. Training OS is free to download. Programs require a one-time purchase. The library requires an auto-renewing annual subscription, with no free trial. The price is shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Your subscription renews unless cancelled before the next renewal. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. A library subscription does not include paid programs or personal coaching. An internet connection is required for sign-in, purchase recovery and videos. Some exercises do not include a demonstration.
