배달이랑 픽업 가격이 다른데 일본인가요? 이래놓고 할인하면 누가 시켜먹어요.. 배달 어플이 더 저렴한데. 그리고 근처에 있는 평점 낮은 쓰레기 후참잘만 배달로 잡히는데 3km거리도 배달 안잡히게 해둘거면 왜 만듭니까? 지정하게 해줘야지 말장난 치지마소

후참잘 앱으로 배달 시켰는데 - 배달 현황도 똑바로 안보이고, - 가게에 전화하니 외국인이 받아 한참 - 전에 가져갔는데 아직도 도착 안했냐고 하고 - 따로 cs 접수할 곳 도 없고 - 8900원에 치킨 한마리라고 써있는데 실제는 2만원 정도는 줘야 먹을 수 있고 - 배달비용은 4000원이나 받는데 - 배달 기사는 한집만 배달 하는게 맞는지 체크도 안됨 - 배달도 완료 안됐는데 배달 완료 누름 - 다 식어서옴 겨울도 아닌데 도대체 뭐가 문제일까요?

배달, 픽업 중 배달 눌러서 주문하니 배달이 아니라 바로 픽업으로 바뀌네요 배달이 불가능하면 배달주문 버튼을 아예 안보이게 하시고 픽업주문만 누를 수 있게 바꾸세요 일처리 하느라 너무 번거롭고 쿠폰은 커녕 제값주고 식은 치킨 먹습니다 …

주변에 매장이 분명히 있는데 앱에선 뜨지도 않음. 괜히 앱 설치하고 회원가입까지 해야 주변매장이 앱에서 주문 안받는다는 식은치킨보다 더 차가운 현실을 알게 됨
