Vellum is an antique identifier that turns your camera into an antiques expert. Photograph a piece - silver, ceramics, furniture, a clock, a coin, a ring - and get an identification and an estimated auction value in seconds. Identify what you have Snap a photo and Vellum names the piece, then fills in period, origin, maker and materials. Works across silver and flatware, ceramics, furniture, clocks and watches, coins and jewelry. Know what it's worth Every scan returns an estimated auction value as a low-to-high range, with a condition grade, a rarity reading, and a plain-English explanation of what drove the number. Catalog your collection Save each piece with photos, values and notes. Group items into collections by room or project, tag them keep, sell, donate or discard, and track what the whole collection is worth. Export a report Turn any item or collection into a polished PDF, print it, or export a spreadsheet for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets - ready for insurance, probate, heirs or a buyer. Reading Room Short, practical pieces on telling what you have and what actually moves a price. Made for sorting an estate, building an insurance inventory, cataloging for heirs, thrifting and reselling - or finally learning the story behind something you have had for years. Vellum gives AI-assisted estimates based on photographic analysis and market data. It is not a certified appraisal and should not be your sole basis for insurance, sale or tax decisions.
