Der Trainer bestimmt die Mannschaft, der Sportdirektor prüft mögliche Neuzugänge. Über Verträge und Ausbaupläne entscheidest du. Ein Vorschlag muss zum Budget passen und nicht nur sportlich überzeugen. Mit dem Verein verändert sich sein Umfeld. Investitionen in der Stadt können mehr Menschen ins Stadion bringen. Bessere Vereinsanlagen schaffen bessere Bedingungen für den Nachwuchs, während ein Aufstieg Einnahmen und Kosten zugleich erhöht. Auch dein Privatleben läuft weiter. Du kaufst Immobilien oder legst Geld an. Über die Jahre wächst die Familie, und die Frage nach dem nächsten Eigentümer wird konkret. Der Karrieremodus ist nach der Installation offline spielbar.
