Abzocke

Du kannst nichts machen und wirst sofort zur Kasse gebeten. Dabei habe ich doch schon viel Geld für einen schönen Sony Speaker ausgegeben. Was Sonny hier macht, könnte der Anfang vom Ende sein, man mag es fast hoffen! Sehr schade, ich habe die Marke eigentlich gemocht. Das hat sich in dieser App geändert!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Völlig nutzlos und einfach nur dreist!

Man kann offenbar kaum etwas einstellen oder vernünftig nutzen, ohne direkt zum Abschluss eines Abos gedrängt zu werden. Dass man für grundlegende Funktionen zusätzlich bezahlen soll, ist einfach eine Frechheit. Sony sollte sich wirklich schämen, Kunden auf diese Weise zur Kasse zu bitten. Von einem Unternehmen wie Sony erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Absolut enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung! Hier geht es offenbar nur noch ums Geldverdienen statt um Kundenzufriedenheit.
