Novara - AI Book Translator

- Fixed a crash that occurred when importing large EPUB files - Fixed several minor bugs

Turn your Chinese-language ebooks into a personalized Vietnamese reading and listening experience. Novara brings AI translation, an ebook library, a reader, and audiobook tools into one smooth workflow: import a book, select chapters, manage context, then read, listen, or export a translated EPUB in the same app. TRANSLATE LONG STORIES YOUR WAY • Translate Chinese to Vietnamese with Gemini, DeepSeek, or a custom provider using your own API key. • Or choose Novara AI to review credit quotes, confirm before sending content, and track progress right inside the app. • Choose Standard or Advanced mode for different translation needs. • Translate single chapters or chapter ranges; track status, retry, and resume interrupted tasks. KEEP STORY CONTEXT CONSISTENT • Manage glossaries, character names, pronouns, locations, world-building, cultivation realms, and timelines. • Custom Prompts and context options help tailor translation style to each novel. • Integrated QA tools help detect untranslated Chinese characters and consistency issues. READ AND LISTEN IN NOVARA • Switch instantly between the original text and its translation. • Read in continuous scroll or page-turn mode, with customizable fonts, font sizes, margins, dark/OLED themes, and keep-screen-awake options. • Automatically save reading positions; listen via system text-to-speech or offline AI voices (Piper VITS). • Adjust playback speed, set a sleep timer, and customize pronunciation dictionaries. ONE LIBRARY, COMPLETE WORKFLOW • Import DRM-free EPUB, MOBI, and AZW3 files. • Manage books, chapters, translations, and reading progress in one central place. • Export translated EPUB files; securely back up and restore your library with encrypted backup files. TRANSPARENT PRIVACY • Your library, translations, and reading progress are stored locally by default. Importing books does not automatically upload your files to any server. • Personal API keys are encrypted locally on your device. When translating, only selected content is sent to your chosen AI provider under their data policies. • With Novara AI, only selected content is sent after your explicit review and consent. Full-book context storage, if available, is disabled by default. • No account required to read or translate using personal API keys. Sign-in is only required for Novara AI, Novara Wallet, and cloud sync features. Novara offers a Free tier with ads and usage limits. Pro removes ads and unlocks higher limits for Advanced translation mode, EPUB export, Custom Prompts, context controls, and offline AI voices. Pro subscriptions and Novara AI translation credits are optional In-App Purchases. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; please review critical text. Novara does not provide a book catalog and does not remove or bypass DRM. Only import, translate, and process content you have the legal right to use.
