Expire: Quit Smoking & Vaping

Improvements across all screens, new features, and general tweaks.

You have tried to quit before. This time it will not come down to willpower alone. Expire walks with you every day until cigarettes and vapes are out of your life for good. At your pace, no lectures, no guilt. And with Pulmo by your side. MEET PULMO Pulmo is your lung as a character, and it talks. Chat with it or give it a call when a craving hits. It celebrates your wins, calls you out when you need it, and is there at any hour. CIGARETTES AND VAPING, TAKEN EQUALLY SERIOUSLY Expire treats pods, vapes and e-cigarettes as what they are: the same nicotine dependence, with their own triggers. Smoker, vaper or both, your plan adapts to you. WHAT YOU GET • Live counter: how long since your last one, down to the second • A personalized plan built from your own usage profile • SOS button: guided breathing to get through the peak of a craving • Breath training: watch your breath get stronger week by week • Gradual reduction: a plan to cut down step by step if you are not ready to stop at once • Short lessons to understand the dependence and handle cravings • Real time savings and a calculator of what smoking costs you • Recovery timeline: what happens in your body after your last puff • Daily check in on mood, cravings and self control • Symptom log to note how you are feeling • My medications: reminders for your medications • Your patterns: when and why the urge hits • Achievements and streaks so you keep your momentum • Community: people going through exactly what you are going through • Home screen widget and a "Log my day" Siri shortcut WHEN IT HITS HARDEST Cravings pass. The hard part is getting through the moment one peaks. The SOS button was built for that moment: open the app, breathe along, and wait for the wave to drop. If you need company, call Pulmo. One craving at a time, one day at a time. A RELAPSE IS NOT THE END Relapse is part of quitting. Here it does not turn into guilt. Your counter starts over, but what you have learned stays with you. You log it, breathe, and keep going. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who wants to quit cigarettes, drop the vape and pods, cut down, or simply breathe properly again. If you have tried before and it did not stick, this was built with you in mind. Start today. The first step is deciding.
