Rise & Align

• The planetary hour widget now turns over on the hour by itself, instead of waiting for you to open the app. • Your daily reminder names that day's ruling planet. It had been repeating the planet from the day you switched it on. • Away from home? The day's ruler now follows the place you've set rather than your phone's time zone, so all 24 hours line up. • Hour, void moon and retrograde alerts arrive on the minute, and never twice. • Steadier widgets and a few rare crashes fixed. If a widget appears blank after updating, remove it and add it again from your Home Screen.

Rise & Align translates planetary positions into actionable timing guidance using the Swiss Ephemeris, the same high-precision astronomical library trusted by professionals worldwide. Designed as the official companion to the book "Rise & Align" (ISBN: 9780241816073) by Clarisse Monahan: astrocartographer, founder of Venus In Retrograde, and resident astrologer at Soho House worldwide. This app moves past generic horoscopes to provide precise astronomical calculations and practical day-to-day scheduling. HIGH-PRECISION TRACKING • Real-Time Transits: Monitor current planetary positions against your own birth chart (Ascendant, Midheaven, Descendant, and IC). • Void of Course Moon: A 7-day forecast of the windows when the Moon makes its final major aspect before changing signs, the traditional windows used for reflection rather than initiation. • Retrograde Calendar: A 90-day view of active and upcoming retrograde cycles, with guidance for each phase. PRACTICAL DAY TIMING • Planetary Hours: An ancient timekeeping system dividing each day into 24 custom hours calibrated to your exact local sunrise and sunset. • Task Scheduling: Add your daily to-dos and receive recommendations tuned to the planetary energy of each hour. • Guided Rituals: Step-by-step practices grouped by classical planetary energy, complete with materials checklists, safety notes, and progress tracking. Each ritual surfaces its next ideal planetary-hour window. • Home-Screen Widgets: Keep your current Moon phase and planetary hour on your home screen, in the app's pixel-art style. PERSONALIZED TO YOUR CHART • Your Chart: See your sign for every planet plus your Rising sign, your elemental balance, and your chart ruler. • Your daily task and ritual recommendations are tuned to the planets ruling your Sun, Moon, and Rising sign. • Daily Cosmic Briefing: An optional morning notification summarizing the day's planetary focus, your task, and your best ritual window. PREMIUM DESIGN & PRIVACY • Dark Mode Only: Tailored for night sky observation to minimize eye strain. • Offline First: All Swiss Ephemeris calculations run completely on your device, with no network connection required. • Strict Privacy: Your location is used strictly on-device for local sunrise and sunset timing. Birth parameters are stored locally. -- Privacy Policy: https://maphrodite.com/rise-align.html -- Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
