FieldCamp Tech: AI Dispatcher

No release notes.

FieldCamp Tech puts the FieldCamp AI Dispatcher in every technician's pocket. The AI plans your route, re-plans it when the day changes, and pushes every update straight to your phone — open the app, see today's jobs in the right order, and get moving. AN AI DISPATCHER BEHIND EVERY ROUTE • Your jobs arrive already sequenced — the AI Dispatcher weighs time windows, priorities, and drive time so you don't have to • When a job cancels, runs long, or an urgent call drops in, the AI re-plans and your route updates instantly, with a notification when your day changes • Fewer phone calls, less radio chatter: the plan on your screen is the plan YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Today tab shows your full route in order: customer, address, time window, and job type • Job cards carry everything you need — notes, contact buttons (call, email), and one-tap directions • History and Upcoming tabs keep yesterday's work and tomorrow's plan a swipe away TWO-WAY DISPATCH, NOT PHONE TAG • Status updates flow both ways: start travel, arrive, start work, pause with a reason, complete • Hard time windows and priority jobs are flagged so nothing slips • Your live ETA feeds back to the dispatcher's map, keeping customers informed PROOF AND PAPERWORK, MINUS THE PAPER • Capture before-and-after photos as proof of completion • Collect customer signatures on-screen • Completion checklists by job type so every step is recorded BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD • Works offline: actions queue on your phone and sync when coverage returns • Battery-aware location sharing powers the dispatcher's live ETAs while you're on shift — with your explicit consent, a visible pause control, and the option to withdraw at any time • Location can continue to be shared while the app is in the background or closed so ETAs stay accurate between jobs; it is shared only while you're on duty WHO IT'S FOR FieldCamp Tech is for technicians whose company dispatches with FieldCamp's AI Dispatcher. You sign in with the account your dispatcher creates — nothing to configure and no public sign-up. If your team isn't on FieldCamp yet, learn more at fieldcamp.ai.
