Cash out

Worst customer service

I don’t remember the last time I’ve ever given a bad review. However, this apps customer service is terrible. You wait forever to get someone and when “someone” finally joins they just quickly answer your question and move on to the next person. I had an issue with not being able to ship two awesome cards and they said send a screenshot, so I did within minutes. I still haven’t received a message back and it’s been over a week. Honestly the app and the cards I have been able to get are great, but if anything ever goes wrong and you need support you’re screwed.

SCAM!

The app is so well designed, too bad it’s ran by the scummiest people on the planet. Nothing in their terms of service discuss bonus cards won through packs obtain using money in your account. It shows it combined with your deposited money. I won a $5.71 card and wanted it shipped because a good copy of it can hit $300. I asked day 1 how to ship the cards I have as they claim to be locked from shipping. They never replied. It’s going to auto sell now. Literally DO NOT USE THIS APP. I will be filing a lawsuit if I am not given access to ship MY CARDS WITH MONEY I PUT IN. It has been almost a week with no reply. Truly dumb for a company to act this way especially in this industry. T-24 hours before I contact my lawyer.
