Gardenship: Flora's Secret

Someone else mentioned it in the reviews previously, so I tried this game and the cozy florist and they were right. Other than some bits about the story’s plot and other “arguable” variables about the designs, the actions and formats are basically the same - clean space as first free action, cultivate and plant roses, etc…

I’ve played a few of these resource collection games, so I expect a lot of the same things and gameplay loops. Typically, you get massive growth for around a real-world day, then things slow down. I don’t have a problem with that, that’s how the games work. My problem is that by the time I needed to cultivate my seventh flower, I received NO additional “organic soil”. I had four different flowers to cultivate, and for all of them, I was missing organic soil. So I waited, checking the shop and doing as many deliveries as I could. Nothing. I decided to waste all my diamonds reloading the shop inventory. I spent almost 600 diamonds reloading the shop and got NONE. I know I could use diamonds to unlock them in the cultivate menu, but my issue is that I’ve played this game for less than twenty minutes and my only was to progress the game, story, and leveling; is to spend diamonds. Twenty minutes, and I’m stuck waiting — if I want to avoid spending a limited resource. Also, I’m not sure what long term users have been dealing with, but when I played, the game froze about every 2-3 minutes; I’m on great Wi-Fi. No idea what that’s about, I’ve never had any other app game freeze like that.

Unless you are the type to spend real money, expect to have no fun!!! Why can’t we have free games anymore?
