Issues after update

I’ve been playing this game for several weeks and really enjoy it. It was updated about 2 days or so ago and now I can only play one screen and it freezes up and has to be restarted but happens each time it’s restarted and I cannot find any support for it online or in the app itself

Bug Report - Game crashes and reloads after completing every level on iPad

I have tried to Email or message you on your website to no avail!!! While you are at it…please add more levels. I have replayed some of these boards literally 5 or more times. I love the game, but will be deleting and getting a refund if not resolved soon. Device: iPad App Version: Latest Description of Issue: Every time I successfully complete a level, the game fails to progress, freezes, and forces a complete reload back to the loading screen. Troubleshooting Already Attempted: • I have already purchased the "No Ads" in-app purchase, so this is not an ad-loading issue. • I have tried using "Restore Purchases" inside the settings menu, but it did not fix the problem. • I have toggled Background App Refresh on, reinstalled the app, and toggled Game Center on and off with no success. • Crucial Detail: The game works perfectly and lets me progress only when I put my iPad into Airplane Mode (offline). The moment I reconnect to Wi-Fi, the post-level reload loop returns. This indicates a network syncing or server-handshake bug immediately following level completion. Please look into how the game processes level data uploads for iPad users who have disabled ads. Thank you.

Freezing

I am on level 565 and have enjoyed it very much. I even paid to not get ads. Now it freezes after every puzzle I work and have to exit the game and restart it. If this issue isn’t fixed I will quit the game. Also, make new puzzles we lay the same ones over and over, the just rotate.

Adds all the time, levels repeats every 5th time. Boring. Deleted

You need to spend your own real money

The game is fun at first, but the ad lies because you don’t get four spools to remove yarn, you only get two. You have to purchase additional spools. And eventually you have to spend your own real money to do this.
