Athlete Mindset: Mental Coach

Course lessons play their own audio again. Conversations with Aomi are smoother: she hears you more reliably and background noise interrupts her less. Practices now come in several lengths, with new cover art.

Prepare for competition pressure with short mental reps built for your sport. Athlete Mindset helps you build a repeatable routine for the moments before practice or competition and the reset after a mistake. Rehearse the actions and cues you want to return to under pressure. Use guided breathwork to settle in, reflect on what worked afterward, and talk with Aomi, an AI mental coach, about nerves, focus, confidence, and the situations ahead. WHAT YOU CAN PRACTICE • Guided mental rehearsal and sport-specific visualization • Short breathwork and wind-down sessions • Focus routines for training and competition • Reflection after practices, meets, matches, or games • Progressive lessons and progress tracking BUILT AROUND YOU Choose your sport, event, goals, and upcoming moments so your practice fits your training. Athlete Mindset was created by two-time Olympian Sondre Guttormsen, who studied psychology at Princeton. SUBSCRIPTION You can preview onboarding at no cost.
