Great app however when you say a free trial for seven days and then charge anyway that’s questionable.
This is a great app. I seen an ad for it on social media (TikTok). And I absolutely love the idea. Michael from support was very helpful in helping me set up my account. I appreciate him. I love seeing the local farms near me and my family. We love to shop fresh and local. The only thing the app is missing is the pop up farmers markets! I wish there was a way to have them log in and drop a star when they will be in that location that week for example. Thank you!
Farmers that really know how to grow crops and produce wow
[Update: it’s been more than 3 weeks now and I still can’t get any response from the developers except the obviously disingenuous response to this review. Watch out they don’t take your $30 too.] You’d think an app of this nature would be run by decent people, but it doesn’t seem like it – I downloaded the app, set an alert to cancel my trial if I didn’t want to commit to the subscription, and when I went to cancel it, had already been charged. They say on their website that they respond to all help enquires within 24 hours, I have sent them 4 messages over two weeks and they have not responded at all, so they have taken $30 from me which I did not want to pay. Really unpleasant way of doing business. I cancelled my trial because I was hoping the app would allow me to order food directly from farms, which it doesn’t, it just tells you where the farms are. Which is fine – that was my misunderstanding – but that’s what the trial is for, is it not? But I got charged despite cancelling it, and they are ignoring all of my communications about it. Really disappointing from an app that purports to do something to make the world a better place. Careful they don’t do the same to you.
