My games keep quitting mid game

Started at launch beat the story, cleared all regional quests, beat the modes, enjoyed some PvP. And then the game hits a wall, and there is nothing to do. Zero content to do other than repeat auto battle boss fights. The material drops are extremely low for all aspects of the game. Low quality reskined game

Can’t even load into the game.

Don’t know if it’s my phone or what, but I can’t even get in the game. I’ll click the icon and it will prompt like I’m about to load into the game and then it completely closes and I’m right back to my Home Screen. Any help is appreciated.

Purchase issue resolved with Devs and Apple

Update on my purchase issue. The issue was resolved the developers and apple both had good back and forth communication with me. I am happy with the result as in i have a better understanding of what actually happened and of course I will continue to play this game as intended. I advise ppl to be patient with issues and communicate with both Devs and Apple if they ever come to this bridge to cross it patiently.
