Have used this for awhile. I absolutely love this app. It helps so much. Keeps track of everything for me so I don’t need to have so many notes on my phone or have to remember every little thing.

Have used this for awhile. I absolutely love this app. It helps so much. Keeps track of everything for me so I don’t need to have so many notes on my phone or have to remember every little thing.
I have struggled to find a chronic illness app that doesn’t take up more spoons than I have available. This app is amazing and I can quickly give a summary of my day and have it recorded without having to type in everything separately. It tracks my medication’s, my pacing and my symptoms and also problem solves with me when I have concerns over a certain health conditions.
Eventually you have to pay and it uses AI. It’s a great concept for an app and I thought it would work great for me. I’m disappointed.
I have spent 3 years trying to advocate for answers and been through so much medical gaslighting and dismissals, I’m so happy after one week I’ve seen progress. Juno helps knowing what to advocate for, the questions and tests that can keep the conversation moving. Then also add in the symptom tracking and looking for trends that is so valuable in my appts. It helps me realize when I’m pushing past my limits and need to slow down. I can track my meds to help remind me what I’ve taken and not forget injections that are more infrequent than every day. I can’t say enough good things about this app.
Juno may be a wonderful platform for someone who can afford it. I cannot. I also cannot cancel because of a problem with my IMAP password. I had a lovely email from the creator of the app., but ultimately he could not help me, so I have spent almost all of Sunday trying to figure out a work around before I have to pay my bank $30 for a stop payment. I am so incredibly stressed right now.
Honestly I’m really conflicted. This has been so so helpful but come to find out, all the useful things are paywalled and the Juno Pro is prohibitively expensive. It just feels like kicking us while we’re down, especially since people with chronic illnesses tend to be extremely tight with money due to, y’know, the whole chronic illness thing. It’s really frustrating seeing how helpful something can be and how it can actually change your life for the better than getting it ripped away just as fast as it showed up. Honestly not even sure what to do at this point, I know some other similar-ish health apps have programs where they have “scholarships” or something similar and I was kinda expecting that due to how high the cost is, but I have yet to find anything like that.
