Eine psychiatrische Klinik zu managen ist nicht einfach. Die Patienten hören nicht auf dich und verweigern die Behandlung. Sie versuchen ständig, aus dem Blickfeld der Ärzte zu verschwinden und durchzudrehen. Du musst dich um die täglichen Angelegenheiten der ganzen Klinik kümmern und die Patienten im Auge behalten, damit die Geisteskranken nicht überhandnehmen. Dies ist keine gewöhnliche Klinik, sondern ein einzigartiges Irrenhaus.
