会員数が圧倒的に少ない

10/15に会員になりましたが、大手のマッチングアプリと比べると会員数が圧倒的に少ないです。 例えるのであれば、大手のマッチングアプリの会員数が100人いるのに対しこのアプリの会員数は10人と言った数です。 クーリングオフが使えるのであれば、10/15に登録して10/15に退会したいです。 他の人のコメントが星1の理由共感しました。やはりアプリはダウンロードする前に評価を見るべきでした。非常に後悔してます。大手のマッチングアプリをおすすめします。（勧誘ではありません）

マッチングして、お互いのやり取りなしにでデート日を決める、それで待ち合わせの15分遅れた場合、違約金を請求される。ほんとに使い勝手が悪く悪質なアプリです。

ブライダルネットのアカウント情報と写真を使って勝手にアカウント作られた

プライダルネットのアプリに登録した内容を流用し、このアプリでアカウントを作成されます。 退会時は、ブライダルネットではなく、このアプリをダウンロードし、独身証明をしてからこのアプリ内でしか退会できません。 また、ブライダルネットを先に退会するとIDもわからず退会さえもできなくなります。 このような仕組みのため、幽霊会員が多く存在しているので、他のアプリのほうがいいと思います。

事情があり、遠方の方とお見合いを希望していましたが、お見合い成立後絶対に対面しかお見合いできないとのこと。 せっかくご縁があったのに辞退するしかない羽目に…お相手様に申し訳ないです。 IBJOnline、という名前なのに今時オンラインお見合いできないことなんてあるのでしょうか…？かなり不便に感じました。 人それぞれ様々な事情があると思いますので、対応されることを願います。

条件設定で絞って検索しても最小単位が県なので、範囲が広すぎる。同じ県内でも実際には生活域は分かれている場合を考慮していない。おざなりなサービスと言える。
