I wouldn’t download this game if you paid me. The ad shows a mother being rude and disrespectful and demeaning to her mother. Shame on you for using such an ad.

I’m a grandma who downloads plenty of games for my grandchildren and myself. I buy coins for my grandkids to spoil them a bit, and occasionally buy coins for myself when I’m enjoying a game. I bought coins from this company several times without a glitch, but this last time when I bought a $4.99 combo pack, I didn’t receive my coins and didn’t notice it until a few minutes later when I needed them. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and they repeatedly write back to tell me the same thing - their supposedly bedrock system has shown that I received the coins. I took a pic of what coins I did have to prove to them what’s going on on my end, but they weren’t interested in what I had to say or prove - their system couldn’t have a glitch. After days of this back and forth I finally asked for a refund from Apple. They, because of our long history, trusted me and refunded me themselves. So I’m done with this unethical developer. I do, however, wish all the good people working for this business well.

The developer advertised that game will have No ads, ever. For several weeks there were no ads as advertised but they decided to not honor their ad. When contacted, they are asking for $9.99 for removing ads. This is bait and switch!

After about level 70 you have to watch an add between every level and the ads are very long. Good game if not for solid ads.
