스마트장기요양 앱을 새롭게 오픈합니다. 더 스마트하게 노인장기요양보험 업무를 하실 수 있도록 도와드리겠습니다. 본 앱은 시범운영용 앱으로 일부 장기요양기관 종사자와 수급자(보호자)만 사용 할 수 있으며 그 외 사용자는 정식 배포 이후 사용 가능합니다. * 주요 변경사항 - 본인인증 강화를 위해 인증서 로그인 방식으로 변경됩니다. - Wi-Fi를 통한 접속이 가능해집니다. - 전자태그 전송을 활용한 프로그램관리자 및 사회복지사 업무수행일지의 모바일 입력 및 전자서명 기능을 제공합니다. - 신청한 전자태그를 공단내방하여 모바일 앱으로 수령할 수 있게 됩니다. 
  - 전자태그 부착위치 사진 촬영 및 전송 기능이 추가됩니다. * 사용자별 주요 기능 1. 요양요원 - 앱을 통해 오늘의 서비스일정을 확인하고, 전자태그 시작·종료전송을 통해 서비스 제공 내용을 입력·전송할 수 있습니다. - 서비스 제공 전, 수급자별 장기요양급여 제공계획을 확인할 수 있습니다. - 수급자에게 발급된 방문간호지시서 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다. - 사용자가 입력하고 전송한 서비스 제공내용을 다시 조회할 수 있습니다. 2. 서비스관리자(사회복지사) - 소속기관과 계약한 수급자별 서비스일정과 전송현황을 확인할 수 있습니다. - 오늘 방문하여 급여관리할 수급자 대상을 조회하고 관리할 수 있습니다. - 프로그램관리자 및 사회복지사 업무수행일지를 입력하고, 전자서명을 포함하여 입력한 내용을 전송할 수 있습니다. - 욕구조사기록지, 장기요양급여제공결과평가지를 입력·전송할 수 있습니다. 3. 기관관리자(시설장) - 소속기관과 계약한 수급자별 서비스일정과 전송현황을 확인할 수 있습니다. - 프로그램관리자 및 사회복지사 업무수행일지에 시설장 전자서명을 할 수 있습니다. 4. 수급자(보호자) - 오늘의 서비스일정을 확인하고, 실제 서비스 시작시간과 종료시간에 알림을 받을 수 있습니다. - 내가 받은 서비스 내용(모바일 전송내역)을 조회할 수 있습니다. - 장기요양급여 제공 계획서를 전자서명을 통해 동의 처리할 수 있습니다.
