Awesome but it took my money

This app is so cool and I was so excited to fill my bag. Locked out, even though I have Face ID on. I need to “verify my email” but I never get an email. I switched to Disc Finder since this app is now useless for me.

Nothing on the app is working. Anything that involves the search bar is not working. Some of the filter arrows are not working. It is completely useless. Maybe my app is just bugged. But solutions are welcome
