Too Expensive for Limited Daily Access

I feel like Shortical is a rip-off and very misleading. It costs $15.99 per week, which adds up very quickly. For that price, I expected to have access to all the episodes. Instead, after signing up, I found out that you only get one new episode per day. Even worse, the episodes don’t seem to accumulate. I went three days without watching and expected to have three episodes waiting for me, but I was still only able to watch one. At $15.99 every week, I don’t think this is a good value at all. I was disappointed with how the subscription and episode access were presented. Before signing up, make sure you understand that you’re paying a weekly fee but may still be limited to one episode per day.

I keep getting charge $15 multiple times. I try reaching out and is an automatic email that reply’s to me. There’s no option in the app to cancel this subscription. No phone number to call to speak to anyone. Horrible
