SCAM!!!!

I canceled this app months ago, completely forgot about it. Wasn’t even downloaded on my phone anymore Then come to realize they’re charging an absurd amount of money every two weeks. My fault for not checking my credit card bill - fine But, I swear I canceled it I went to cancel again today- no confirmation that it’s canceled via email. Tried to change my information with reset password and wouldn’t let me- tried multiple times. To be very clear: If I get charged again I will be reporting this to fraud and to better business bureau.
