Brainrot: Screen Time Control

Pay wall just to reduce screen time there many more free apps people open source too just ask ChatGPT it will find it for you

At first I really liked this app, I thought it was great but as time went on I discovered how buggy and hard to use is. I have it set for 2 hours a day screen time plus it closed from 6am-11am but sometimes it is unlocked during that time and most of the time it just stays locked all day (only on my phone for like 15 minutes total not even on the restricted apps). So, fine, whatever I can deal with that by unlocking it using the “ask brain for permission” function EXCEPT I click something 30 minutes and it closes after 10 (not in my imagination, in real, LINEAR time). It’s really a shame because I spent money to use this app and find it somewhat helpful but it has become so inconsistent with locking apps that I just don’t know what to expect. 🤷‍♀️

I like the app, but it has stopped working. Unless I go into the Brainrot app, it will not block apps when I have it scheduled to do so. I also have it as a widget on my phone. I thought the brain health would show on the widget, but the brain guy just stays the same and doesn’t actually change on my widget reflecting the brain guys appearance in the actual app. My biggest issue is paying for a subscription that doesn’t work. When it did work at first it was great. I definitely will not recommend this to anyone or renew my subscription because it won’t actually block my apps unless I go into the app first, which I shouldn’t have to do. I think if they fixed some of these bugs it has potential.
