Don’t buy

Lacks the technology to appropriately transcribe your text, and even edited text won’t show up on video. Customers service is low grade AI and won’t hand reviews over to a human. Then it will just flat out ignore you. This service is designed to take subscriptions and not provide anything of value to users for as long as possible. Don’t buy. Avoid, and use another caption app.
