★★★★★ Customer service is responsive but gaslights you when things go wrong on their end.
★★★★★ The support is almost impossible to reach and they totally don't care about what's going on with there servers as they never get back to me.
★★★★★ What's worse is that I've spent thousands on this platform, not a few dollars, and the support has been incredibly disappointing.

★★★★★ After one of their first major updates, all of my apps disappeared.
★★★★★ Initially things were good and customer service was great but once they switched to integrating builds with expo, things went downhill from there and have not gone back up.

★★★★★ I don't know what they changed. App moves way slower. Charges a lot more credits. And is overall a worse experience. Wishing I didn't have as many Non-Refundable credits as I do.
★★★★★ I was promised on plan upgrade with (x) amount of credits, only to find out that the screen that was shown to me had not been updated yet and was still showing the older plan upgrade offer.
★★★★★ With the last update you can no longer access your apps, I've spent money on building this that I would like refunded since there's no use anymore

Latest reviews, Brazil App Store.
Basic prompts average 40 minutes to an hour to complete and fail 50% of the time. I used vibecode to launch two iOS apps. Used them consistently for over 6 months. Their product is now completely unusable. Customer service is responsive but gaslights you when things go wrong on their end. Such a shame. I used to love this product too.

I would like to say these guys are absolutely amazing. I went from having absolutely no knowledge, to now being able to say that I built a complete app. Due to the fact that this team helped me every step of the way. Not only did it generate something that’s going to take me where I want to be in life, it gained me a group of friends in a country 12 hours away. I never felt that distance while programming. If I reached my hand out, it would always be somebody there to help me. I could name all of you, but there are a lot of of you so I just simply want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ Namaste 🙏🏼
I don’t know what they changed. App moves way slower. Charges a lot more credits. And is overall a worse experience. Wishing I didn’t have as many Non-Refundable credits as I do.
