First off is all the AI and absolutely horrid cost for “VIP”) Compared to the more old school miniseries apps iDrama offers less while demanding more—that is unless you want to do a bunch of mundane tasks to get enough coins. This app recycles the same handful of storylines in different formats and expects subscribers to pay for the privilege of watching the same tired plots over and over. The lack of originality is bad enough, but the cancellation process is even worse. The cancellation instructions don’t match the actual options available, making it unnecessarily difficult to cancel a subscription. Conveniently, signing up is easy, but getting out is another story. If your content isn’t good enough to keep paying customers, don’t resort to making it difficult for them to leave. Repetitive stories, frustrating navigation, and a cancellation process that feels deliberately obstructive. Save your money and your patience. This app simply isn’t worth it.
I have been charged 3 times over the last 3 days and I cannot cancel my subscription because according to my App Store, It’s been canceled since April!
