Make your product work

I am tired of finding workarounds to make my printer work, the app keeps me asking about joining a 7.99 / week fee to get a simple print instead. Aren’t you satisfied about the 60+ usd cartridge that you already charge consumers?? How can you make your printers more hate-able?? You are in the right path…
