We had a great time on our Disney cruise. We were celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday, and it was truly one she will never forget. The staff were all great, very friendly and attentive, and all of our needs were met. Our rooms were spacious, beautiful, and clean. I would highly recommend a Disney cruise to any family.

The chat feature didn’t work while we were on board the Destiny
This app is embarrassingly slow, frequently doesn’t load on first or second tries, and trying to schedule or change plans in the app frequently results in problems like not being able to cancel or reschedule to a different time. I’ve tried several times to cancel activities (think 5 months prior to sailing) and reschedule only for the app to tell me “something has gone wrong”. If it weren’t required to use the app on the ship, unsure I’d use it. Royal Caribbean has a fast, accurate, and easy to use app. Why does Disney make things so hard?
