2 requests: credit card limit and "Add Photos Only"

1️⃣ ฿1,000/month credit card limit I use my credit card as my main payment method (I don't top up the wallet). When I scan a merchant's QR and type the amount myself, I can only pay ฿1,000 per month by credit card. After that, payment is blocked. I called customer service and they told me it's a hard limit for all users and resets on the 1st of each month. But when a merchant scans MY QR (like 7-Eleven), credit card payments still work with no limit. The problem is many shops still don't have a TrueMoney reader, so I have to scan their QR, and ฿1,000 a month is too low for real daily use. Please consider raising the limit, or let verified users set a higher limit. 2️⃣ "Add Photos Only" option Right now Photo access is only "Limited Access" or "Full Access." There is no "Add Photos Only." When saving a slip, the app only needs to ADD a photo. It doesn't need to read my library. With this option, the app can save slips without seeing any of my other photos, and without permission popups. It's safer for every user. iOS already supports it (PHPhotoLibrary.requestAuthorization(for: .addOnly)). K PLUS added this in version 6.0.0 after I gave feedback, and it works great. It's not a big problem in TrueMoney today, but it would be a really nice improvement.

Unreliable for foreigners

I’ve had to submit and verify my passport multiple times. Even after being successfully verified and using the service for about a year, I was asked to submit my passport again. More recently, after not using the app for around six months, I opened it and was essentially asked to go through the verification process again. This makes the service feel very unreliable for foreign users. My biggest concern is that access could suddenly be restricted while there is still money in the wallet. Having to repeatedly submit sensitive passport information is also frustrating. Because of this uncertainty, I would not recommend keeping a significant balance in this wallet or relying on it as your main payment method.

Straight up doesn’t work

There are so many issues with this app and I have yet to get it to work even after several weeks of trying. When I tried signing up, it did not work and just gave an error message but no explanation about why it didn’t work. Finally a few days later it did work and I registered. I got the SMS to go and set up my PIN, but when I signed into the app it just asked me to set a password and not a PIN. Then I tried to top up money at 7-11 but it said I had no pin so I had to scan my face. I tried several times and it just returned an error every time. Finally a day later I tried again and it worked. After that I loaded money at 7-11 but when I tried to pay at a store with TrueMoneu it said that the payment feature was not unlocked and that I had to upload more documents. Then I tried logging on later to upload the documents but got ANOTHER error message saying that the service is unavailable!!! Truly an awful app!
